Belly painting is a beautiful ceremony to celebrate and honor your pregnancy with. Together we design and create a symbolic and special artpiece to adorn your belly. You may wish to choose a theme like flowers or Springtime, or perhaps a favorite animal or artist that inspires you (see the Frida Kahlo-inspired agave in the gallery) - or maybe the colors and energy you want to call forth during your birthing. Whatever you choose we will craft it so that it holds an intention and meaning for you.
Belly painting typically takes between one to two hours depending on the intricacy of the image. It is also a great treat to offer at a pregnant mama party in which I can work on many mamas throughout the soirée.
